What Our Members Are Saying:

Mignon D.
Missouri Member
An Independent Associate helped us sign up for the small business [plan]. We had a trust set up by my folks in 2005. We were having issues with our renter of 2 years - not paying his rent on time, not paying it at all, trying to sell our building to someone else before it was even bought. [Our Provider Law Firm] attorneys were quick to answer, to take on our case, sent demand letter for unpaid rent, reviewed our sale contract, issued a letter denying pay back of security deposit due to poor payment history. Even our broker for the building was surprised how quick responses were made to us. Very professional and precise, done with 3 phone calls and emails. Saved us from hiring a big bucks attorney who wouldn't even return a call!
