Liz Foo-Lequeux had a great start in life making a good income in the fitness world. “But it was exhausting to work six days a week until 10 p.m. If I wanted to travel or go on mission trips with my church, it was hard to take off,” she explained.

That’s when she met a LegalShield Associate who was retired at age 30. “He told me to read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki,” Liz recalled. “I learned the secret to true freedom is to have a business that pays you a passive income whether you’re working or not.”

Liz started a LegalShield business part-time at the age of 25, working it one hour a day on her lunch break. Eight months later, she was earning enough through LegalShield to leave her fitness job and has been working from home ever since. “Five years into the business, I got married and started having children,” she adds. “I am now a mom of three, and for the past 9 years, I have been able to be a stay-at-home mom with a CEO type income. I’m so grateful.”

Liz’s husband, David, was able to retire from his technology career at the age of 42, she said when their residual income kicked into “hyper gear.”

“It’s so nice to have him home! I feel like this company has given me a purpose-driven life,” she said. “I’m getting to help people every day all while getting to take care of my faith, family and finances. in that order.”

Liz believes God has bigger plans for you. Her favorite quote is Galatians 6:9, which says, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
