About Craig

Craig G. Bourke received his B.A. in Criminal Justice, Summa Cum Laude, from UNLV in 1999. He had the distinct honor of also being awarded the Criminal Justice Student of the Year, and also graduated number 1 in his class from the College of Urban Affairs. Following that he earned his J.D. from the Boyd School of Law in December of 2001. With three subsequent District Court Judicial Law Clerk positions with the Honorable Judges Allan R. Earl, James Brennan, and Robert E. Gaston from 2001 to 2003, Mr. Bourke has uniquely benefited from exposure to the inner-workings of the Civil Courts and the Family Courts, which provides him-and the clients, with knowledge, experience, and an understanding of the complex intricacies of civil and family law litigation. Mr. Bourke has also handled probate matters, guardianships, wills, trusts and estates, as well as myriad criminal cases. Mr. Bourke has also taken a felony criminal case through jury trial to verdict. Mr. Bourke is presently focusing his work in the areas of domestic and family law, including adoptions, custody, child support, termination of parental rights, name changes, paternity, and contested and uncontested divorces.
