Launch by LegalShield’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In addition to certain guarantees provided by law, Launch by LegalShield guarantees your satisfaction with our services and support. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future Launch by LegalShield orders. Launch by LegalShield Satisfaction Guarantee Details:

1. If you’re not satisfied, simply call us toll-free at (844)-699-7076 during our normal business hours. All requests must be within 60 days of purchase and we will process your request within 2 business days after we’ve received all of the documents and materials sent to you. For example, if we create an LLC for you, you will have to return all of the documents and we will take over the LLC that was created. We will not be able to refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. Additionally, we cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties.
2. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for a different one, you must request this exchange and complete your replacement order within 60 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original item, less any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order, will be credited to your Launch by LegalShield’s account. If you do not complete the replacement order, we will refund the amount that will be credited back to the original form of payment from which we received payment.
3. Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular business formation. For instance, the government may reject a LLC filing for legal reasons beyond the scope of Launch by LegalShield’s service. In some cases, a government backlog can lead to long delays before your process is complete. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
4. Launch by LegalShield guarantee covers satisfaction within our control. It does not cover matters out of our control which include but are not limited to, legal services and representation, a change in situation or state of mind or government backlog. For example, if you decide you no longer want to form an LLC but Launch by LegalShield has fulfilled our obligation, then this guarantee is void.
