Michael J. DuPont is the managing shareholder at WFJ and works primarily with WFJ’s Construction Group. He is a problem solver and passionately assists WFJ’s clients in assessing risk and resolving disputes no matter where the issue arises. His involvement in notable case law includes Hurtig v. Gabrielson, 525 N.W. 2d 612 (Minn. App. 1995), and Carolina Holdings Midwest, LLC v. James A. Copouls, et al., 658 N.W. 2d 236 (Minn. App. 2003).
