Attorney Brittany Gregorchik leads the firm's personal injury department. In addition, she takes on domestic cases of all sizes. Ms. Gregorchik takes the time to listen to her clients’ goals before strategizing a plan to achieve them. She has represented clients from all across the state of Ohio, including in high-asset divorce cases. Prior to joining MSH, she held associate attorney roles in the Columbus and Delaware areas representing clients in domestic, personal injury, and criminal misdemeanor matters. Ms. Gregorchik is an experienced litigator who brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table, earning herself a reputation for obtaining favorable results on behalf of many individuals in Ohio.. While completing her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Gregorchik served as President of Animal Law Society and established a national chapter with the Animal Legal Defense Fund giving students opportunities for scholarships and internships. Ms. Gregorchik is licensed to practice in all counties within the state of Ohio, as well as in the Southern District of Ohio Federal Court.

Daniel Burns is an associate attorney at Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP. He attended law school at Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 2016 –2019. During law school, Daniel worked in the Milton Kramer Law Clinic providing legal services to nonprofit organizations. Before law school, Daniel got his Bachelor’s from Brandeis University in Massachusetts. Prior to joining Maguire Schneider Hassay, Daniel served as a Staff Attorney for the Housing Division of the Cleveland Municipal Court where he conducted civil pretrials, settlement conferences, and mediations. His responsibilities included legal research, preparation of memoranda and opinions, and communication on behalf of the Court. Daniel has worked as a Freelance Attorney, specializing in tortious interference claims, appellate briefs, Ohio's Open Meetings Act, and has a diverse background that includes roles as a Master Tax Advisor at H&R Block, nonprofit manager, and as a junior accountant. As a former AmeriCorps volunteer and 2023 Euclid mayoral candidate, Daniel continues to be actively involved in community service. He is a member of the Greater Euclid Kiwanis Society and the local block grant advisory committee, and a trustee for the Euclid Community Development Corporation (EDCOR). When not working, you can find Daniel enjoying Euclid attractions with his wife, two children, and three dogs.

Mr. Griffin is an associate of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP practicing primarily in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, commercial leasing, real estate and estate planning and probate. Mr. Griffin has extensive experience in corporate law, corporate governance, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, partnership law, limited liability companies and state securities law. His practice includes representing both purchasers and sellers of small and medium sized businesses.

Mr. Andorka is an associate of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP where he practices mainly in the areas of criminal and traffic defense, civil litigation, law enforcement, civil rights litigation, and juvenile law.Mr. Andorka has defended criminal and traffic cases involving allegations of, among other things, felonious assault, domestic violence, drug possession, theft, vehicular homicide, hit-skip, drag racing, and drunk driving. He also has litigated in a number of areas including, but not limited to, police misconduct and civil rights issues under 42 U.S.C.; 1983 in state and federal court. Mr. Andorka also serves as the Director of LegalSheild Legal Services’ Law Officers’ Legal Plan.Mr. Andorka is a former Assistant Franklin County Public Defender and a former Assistant Ohio Attorney general in the Federal Litigation/Criminal Justice/Correction Litigation Section. As an Assistant Attorney General, he defended law and enforcement officials from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Department of Rehabilitation and Correction in 42 U.S.C.; 1983 litigation. Additionally, he worked in conjunction with local prosecuting attorneys throughout Ohio in defending wrongful imprisonment actions. He has also effectively briefed and argued cased before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Ohio.

Mr. Schneider is a partner of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP where his practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law, general litigation, complex litigation, white collar crime, banking law, municipal law, administrative law, real estate law, and class action. Mr. Schneider began his legal career serving as Judicial Law Clerk for Honorable Richard B. Metcalf working with the Franklin County Probate Court in Columbus, Ohio from 1986 until 1988. He then served as the Senior Judicial Law Clerk to Honorable George C. Smith, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, in Columbus, Ohio, from 1989 until 1991. Mr. Schneider began his private practice at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease in Columbus, Ohio as an Associate from 1991 to 1995 concentrating in the law firm's labor and employment section. While employed by Vorys Mr. Schneider successfully defended the firm's fortune 500 clients across the nation in employment based claims. He also represented in central Ohio and statewide Vorys' other business clients in a wide array of employment related matters. Mr. Schneider joined Maguire Schneider Hassay, L.L.P. in 1995 and became Partner in 1998. Mr. Schneider has also been appointed as Special Master by Federal District Court, Southern District to implement a class action settlement. He was appointed Special Counsel by the Honorable Betty Montgomery, Ohio Attorney General 1996-2002, by the Honorable Jim Petro, Ohio Attorney General 2002-2006, by the Honorable Richard Cordray, Ohio Attorney General 2009-2010, and by the Honorable Mike DeWine 2011-. Mr. Schneider has acted as Special Counsel for Ohio Department of Insurance, The Ohio State University, Ohio University, Lima Technical College, The Rehabilitation Services Commission, and Ohio Department of Mental Health while continuing to represent the law firm's regular clients. During Mr. Schneider tenure representing two Ohio Attorney's General, he successfully represented both The Ohio State University and Ohio University in Federal Court on claims of racial, national origin, ADA, FMLA and Title IX discrimination cases. Mr. Schneider has also effectively defended many Ohio based large and small employers on discrimination and other employment issues. He has been appointed and served as Special Prosecutor for Hamilton County, Ohio in 2012. Mr. Schneider routinely provides employment advice on employment matters, prepares and reviews company policies and manuals for compliance, and has been involved in many reorganization efforts of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP's clients.

Mr. Martin practices in the areas of consumer, bankruptcy, business, banking and real estate law. Mr. Martin has represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings before both the Northern and Southern District Bankruptcy Courts for the State of Ohio. He has represented clients in numerous consumer claims involving the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and other state and federal consumer protection laws. He has represented clients in Lemon Law claims and arbitration. Mr. Martin is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio as well as to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.

Ms. Gray is an associate of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP who practices primarily in the areas of consumer protection, consumer finance, guardianships, contractual law, insurance law and personal injury. Before coming to Maguire & Schneider, Ms. Gray was an associate at a boutique law firm where she was a civil litigator primarily handling traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury cases, as well as medical and professional malpractice cases. Ms. Gray has experience in working on both sides of negligence cases, representing victims of negligence as well as litigating insurance defense cases. She has considerable experience in appellate law and co-authored an Amicus Curiae brief filed in the United States Supreme Court in Florence County School District Four et al. v. Carter, a Minor By and Through Her Father and Next Friend, Emory Carter, 510 U.S. 7 (1993). Ms. Gray earned her Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where she was Dean of the legal fraternity Delta Theta Phi. She received her undergraduate degree also from The Ohio State University, Cum Laude, and was President of the Pre-Law Club and a member of the Political Science honor society Pi Sigma Alpha. Ms. Gray is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Tsitouris is an associate of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP who practices primarily in the areas of criminal and traffic defense, wills and estates, and juvenile law. Before coming to Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP, Mr. Tsitouris was an associate at Chris C. Tsitouris Co., LPA as well as a solo practitioner, where his representation included insurance companies in bodily injury defense litigation, investigation of Medicare, Medicaid and third party subrogation claims, as well as providing representation in criminal and juvenile matters.Mr. Tsitouris earned his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Meterko currently practices in the areas of general litigation and appeals. Mr. Meterko has trial and appellate advocacy experience, including representing firm clients in litigation and appeals before the Supreme Court of Ohio. A significant portion of his practice centers on the defense of professional liability claims and errors and omissions claims brought against individuals and businesses, including the representation of real estate brokers and real estate salespersons before Ohio’s state courts and the Ohio Division of Real Estate. Mr. Meterko has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers – Ohio Rising Stars Edition from 2009-2013, 2015-2017.

Mrs. Thompson practices in the areas of domestic relations, juvenile law, consumer transactions, and personal injury. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2002. During law school she served as a staff writer and executive editor for University of Dayton’s Law Review. Her comment, Application of the National Labor Relations Act to Indian Tribes: Preserving Indian Self-Government and Economic Security, 27 Dayton L. Rev. 189, was published in the University of Dayton Law Review in 2001.Mrs. Thompson began her legal career serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Fifth Judicial District Court in Carlsbad, New Mexico. After her clerkship, Mrs. Thompson joined New Mexico Legal Aid’s Native American Program and worked on the Santa Ana Pueblo. She represented Native Americans on a variety of legal issues in state court, tribal court, and before Administrative Agencies. After returning to Ohio in 2006, she worked for a law firm in Lancaster, Ohio where she practiced in the areas of domestic relations, juvenile law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Mrs. Thompson is licensed in New Mexico and Ohio.

Mr. Sammon is an associate of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP who practices primarily in the area of business law. Before coming to Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP, Mr. Sammon practiced law as both an associate and solo practitioner in the areas of tax, litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Sammon is also a licensed loan originator in Ohio and has entrepreneurial experience as a small business owner. Mr. Sammon earned his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his undergraduate degrees in Sociology, French and International Studies from Saint Louis University.

Shannon M. Hagan is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of diverse legal experience, ranging from high-stakes litigation to compassionate client advocacy. A graduate of New York Law School, she spent nine years practicing in New York City before relocating to Ohio and joining Maguire, Schneider & Hassay, LLP. Ms. Hagan practices in the areas of litigation, personal injury, estate planning, and probate matters. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Ohio and has been admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the Northern District of Ohio.

Attorney Jordan Treece earned his Bachelor of Arts in English at Cedarville University, and his Juris Doctorate at Liberty University School of Law. Jordan's educational background gave him strong research and writing skills that are daily used in law practice. During his legal education, Jordan held internships which allowed him to become acquainted with varying areas of legal practice, including criminal and civil rights, intellectual property, and risk management. His most significant educational experience was as a legal intern at the nonprofit organization Prison Fellowship in Lansdowne, Virginia, near Washington, D.C. Jordan has been a practicing attorney and member of the State of Ohio Bar since 2018. Jordan was an associate attorney at the law firm of Albrechta & Coble, Ltd. in Fremont, Ohio from 2018 to 2023. His practice experience has allowed him to represent clients in a wide range of cases, including domestic relations law, criminal defense, estate planning, civil litigation, personal injury, civil rights, employment law, landlord/tenant, and many others. Jordan has fought for client's rights by participating in lawsuits against municipalities, elected officials, and large corporations.
