LegalShield Mobile App Now Features Biometric Login

Accessing legal assistance through LegalShield’s mobile app is now even easier.
Instead of typing in your username and password, you can now login using just your fingerprint or face recognition. If you have an Android device, you’ll have a fingerprint scanner; iOS devices use either TouchID or FaceID, depending on your iPhone model. Enable Biometric login on the LegalShield Mobile App.
There are 3 ways to login in:
- Enable Biometric login from the login screen.
- If you are creating an account for the first time, you can enable Biometric login as part of the sign-up process.
- If you are already logged in, you can turn on Biometric login from the Settings screen of the app.
You can always disable the feature in the Settings section of your phone and continue to use your username and password (or Google or Facebook credentials if you have those set up).
