Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Following her graduation, Hannah went on to complete her Juris Doctorate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN. Hannah has a passion for alternative dispute resolution.

Mike is an Associate Attorney working remotely, as well as from the Billings, Montana office, for Wagner, Falconer & Judd’s Montana office. He is a general practitioner, serving as WFJ’s general counsel for Montana. Mike works closely with his Montana clients and ensures that each client receives the best possible service by making sure each client has access to justice for Legal Shield Montana members. Mike resides in Billings. In his spare time, you can find Mike frequenting the local coffee shops and enjoying the local music venues Billings has to offer.

Rebecca works closely with her small business clients and ensures compliance with changing laws and regulations. She also assists on Legal Shield, ensuring assess to justice for Montana members. Rebecca resides in the beautiful Flathead Valley of northwest Montana. In her spare time, she enjoys getting outside to enjoy all this state has to offer with her husband and two young children.

James joined Wagner, Falconer and Judd in 2023 in our Brookfield, WI office. He has a background in numerous areas of law-employment, commercial collections, construction, business + gaming law, and general litigation. James has served as a United States Panel Bankruptcy Trustee in Las Vegas, NV and represented casinos in both Nevada and California. He also served as a member of the Nevada Disciplinary Committee for over 12 years.

Lisa is an Associate for Wagner, Falconer & Judd, LTD’s Wisconsin office. She focuses on general practice matters, including but not limited to family law, contracts, criminal, consumer, and employment law matters. Lisa seeks to fully understand each client's legal needs and present all the legal options available to maximize the best possible outcome in difficult situations. Lisa works ardently to achieve justice for Wisconsin members. Attorney Daniel J. Reich works with our business clients, focusing on Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction, Corporate, and Intellectual Property practice areas. Dan manages the firm's Brookfield, Wisconsin office. Dan counsels our business clients with legal issues involving collections, contracts, bankruptcy preference actions, lien law, and civil litigation. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned his law degree at Indiana University-Bloomington. Dan is a frequent speaker and lecturer on behalf of seminar organizers and client credit departments, addressing legal remedies for creditors in the commercial collection process. He is also involved as a member on his church finance committee. Dan is a devoted family man and enjoys quality time with them. He is an avid golfer and tennis player.

Attorney Nelson S. Martell works with our business clients, focusing on Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction, Corporate, and Intellectual Property practice areas. Nelson assists individuals and corporations of all sizes with various legal matters from buying and selling businesses to drafting and negotiating leases to managing accounts receivables throughout the country. Nelson uses his legal and business experience to help clients meet expected challenges and prepare for unexpected events with an aim to strategically minimize risk. Nelson attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin for his bachelor's degree in Philosophy, and earned his law degree at the Northern Illinois University College of Law in DeKalb, Illinois, where he received a Deana's Scholarship throughout school. Nelson is actively involved as a volunteer for Advocates for Education of Whitefish Bay, and he is a past volunteer attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee. He focuses on immigration, tax, and business formation matters. Andrew enjoys working with entrepreneurs throughout the business life cycle. Andrew also serves on WFJ's Legal Shield team. Andrew is a volunteer at the Norway House in Minneapolis and enjoys home-brewing and cribbage.
