- Elle, AI Legal Assistant — guides members through legal intakes, helps to identify the right area of law, and reviews documents to help the member prepare for their consultation with a provider lawyer
- Digital Privacy & Data Rights Support — provider lawyer advice on consumer data protection rights, data breach notices, and online harassment, with representation for defense in covered civil actions related to identity theft
- Waiver of Premium for Surviving Spouse — coverage continues for one full year at no cost to the surviving spouse after the death of the named insured
- Education Law Support — legal assistance for school-related matters, including IEP and 504 Plan navigation, accommodation requests, and school policy disputes
The Enhanced Plan also includes Grandparent Coverage — extending plan benefits to the participant's and spouse’s parents and grandparents for elder care services— and E-Notary/E-Signature, enabling members to notarize and sign documents online in accordance with state laws, 24/7, without an in-person appointment.
