Michael Girgenti is an associate in the firm’s family law department where he represents individuals in the complicated and often emotional world of divorce and family law cases.Prior to joining Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, PLLC, Michael was a Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office where he gained significant trial experience.Michael graduated from William Mitchell College of Law where he was a member of Law Review and completed a summer externship with the Honorable Frederick J. Kapala of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Before attending law school, Michael completed his bachelor of science in economics at Marquette University where he made the College of Business Dean’s List in 2009.

Dave has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years having extensive experience with business matters, civil litigation and real estate transactions. Before moving to Arizona during 2010 he was a practicing attorney for over 30 years in New York. Dave has also has extensive experience with transactional matters pertaining to the preparation of business and real estate agreements. He also owned a title insurance company providing closing services for commercial and residential properties on behalf of lenders, entities and individuals. Dave was also a member of various adjunct faculties of colleges in upstate New York and was a frequent lecturer for various real estate organizations. He has been admitted to practice in 5 different states during his career. He resides in Mesa with his wife, Susie. They have 2 sons, Noah and Caleb who reside in California. David enjoys golf and his pets.

Ms. Hutchison is a commercial transactional attorney and litigator whose practice focuses on the areas of employment, real estate and general business matters.

Ron is a partner in the law firm of Davis Miles McGuire Gardner and has been the Supervising Attorney of the LegalShield Department since 2006, overseeing 25 attorneys and their support staff. Ron's primary areas of practice are business planning, estate planning, and probate, but Ron has been involved in several other areas of law at times. Ron is one of the attorneys who takes 24X7 emergency calls, which mostly include legal issues as they are happening or which just happened minutes before, including auto accidents, arrests, domestic relations issues, and other similar situations. Ron is an avid sportsman, and has also become involved in firearms law and self-defense law over the years. Ron is an Arizona native and is a husband, father, and grandfather. Ron loves the law and loves America and the principles on which America was founded.

Christopher Kalabus earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Arizona in 1991. He attended law school at the University of Akron and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1995. Mr. Kalabus was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio in 1995, the United States District Court of Northern Ohio in 1996, the Arizona Supreme Court in 2000 and the United States District Court of Arizona in 2001. Mr. Kalabus began practicing law in Ohio in a small community general practice law office. Mr. Kalabus handled personal injury claims, workman's compensation claims, contract cases, consumer bankruptcies and misdemeanor criminal matters. Upon returning to Arizona, Mr. Kalabus has also worked for one of the nation's major insurance carriers. He investigated, evaluated, negotiated and settled thousands of injury claims on behalf of the insurance company. Mr. Kalabus subsequently worked for one of Arizona's largest injury firms for ten years, where he successfully represented thousands of injury clients. Following that Mr. Kalabus was the managing attorney for a multi-state creditors' rights law firm representing financial including fortune 500 companies.

Philip is currently licensed to practice law in Arizona.

Sergio T. Campa, although a native of Mexico City, has spent the majority of his life in the Valley of the Sun. Mr. Campa was drawn to the law during the latter part of his life, not exactly the mid-life crisis that others have experienced. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Campa spent 32 years with the United States Postal Service enjoying a diverse and varied career; such work experiences included industrial engineering and administration of surface transportation contracts. It was during his time as a Transportation Specialist that he was drawn to the practical aspects of the law.Having earned his JD while working full-time, Mr. Campa subsequently represented the agency in various employment and labor relations disputes. Mr. Campa enjoyed his interactions with the various labor unions representing the diverse quasi-governmental workforce. Subsequent to the USPS, Mr. Campa entered a time period where he successfully practiced in the areas of Family Law and Estate Planning.Mr. Campa met Jewelie, his wife, while finishing up his undergraduate studies and they married just two weeks before the start of law school. Together they have eight adult children; he having three daughters from a previous marriage and she having three sons and two daughters from a previous marriage. After twenty plus years of marriage, and thirteen grandchildren, they travel as often as they can to visit the grandchildren and of course their parents. Such travels take them to northern California, North Carolina as well as such exotic locations including the Phoenix metropolitan area.Besides traveling and enjoying family, Mr. Campa enjoys reading, sporting events, live theater, outdoor activities including golf as well as pretending to enjoy exercising.

Gwen Bjornson earned her JD from Arizona State University in 2000 and continued working in the legal department of a Part 121 Air Carrier until she started her own practice in 2003. Focus areas of her general law practice included commercial transactions, estate planning, and aviation law. she joined Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, PLLC in 2006 and continues to expand her practice areas into real estate, association law, education law, asset protection and probate. She graduated from the University of North Dakota, Center for Aerospace Sciences program, earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with her Commercial Pilot license and Flight Instructor certifications with Instrument. She worked in flight operations for Part 135 and 121 Carriers, earning her FAA certification as an Aircraft Dispatcher. Prior to pursuing her ultimate dream of achieving a law degree, she put in thousands of hours of flight instruction and earned her Commercial, Multi-engine, and FAA Ground Instructor Certifications.

Stephanie McNeil received her J.D. degree in 1989 from Loyola Law School in Chicago, IL. She was admitted to the IL bar in 1990 and the MI bar in 1991. While in MI she practiced criminal and family law. She was admitted to the AZ bar in 2004 and has worked for Legal Shield since 2007 in a part time and full time capacity.

Marisa was born and raised in Kingman, Arizona and attended college and law school in Tucson, Arizona. Since law school, Marisa has been a practicing Arizona attorney focusing on family law, estate planning, and criminal defense. Outside of the law, Marisa enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their three wonderful children.
