Mr. Rice has been practicing law for 39 years and concentrates in the areas of Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Tax law, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and has significant experience in the taxation issues of individuals, corporations, partnership and Estates. He served as a bankruptcy Trustee for the District of New Mexico for 5 years. He has owned and operated several businesses in New Mexico. Mr. Rice is married and he and his wife BoAnne have 5 children and 18 grandchildren. He and his wife enjoy hiking in the Sandias and surrounding mountains and spending time with their children and grandchildren. They also enjoy music and drama.

Beginning in 1994 the most significant part of my practice has been providing front line service to LegalShield members every day. The work very interesting and challenging. It draws on my entire life experience as a student, journalist, mediator, attorney, husband, father, son, brother and friend. I believe strongly that the best benefit that can be provided to the members transcends merely informing them what the legal system has in store for them. People all need and appreciate advice and counsel pertinent to their circumstances that considers the many aspects of their situation. Born in Toledo, Ohio she moved to New Mexico when she was 3 so therefore considers herself to be a native New Mexican. Ingrid earned her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2001, and her B.A.in Business Administration focusing in General Management and Human Resources with enough credits for a minor in Spanish also from the University of New Mexico in 1997. Ingrid enjoys her church communities in both Albuquerque, N.M. and Redding, California. She is an active member of her church, Believers Center Abq, and Bethel. She is a prayer partner for Bethel worship/music and also actively working on seeing abortion become illegal in the U.S.

Sergio T. Campa, although a native of Mexico City, has spent the majority of his life in the Valley of the Sun. Mr. Campa was drawn to the law during the latter part of his life, not exactly the mid-life crisis that others have experienced. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Campa spent 32 years with the United States Postal Service enjoying a diverse and varied career; such work experiences included industrial engineering and administration of surface transportation contracts. It was during his time as a Transportation Specialist that he was drawn to the practical aspects of the law.Having earned his JD while working full-time, Mr. Campa subsequently represented the agency in various employment and labor relations disputes. Mr. Campa enjoyed his interactions with the various labor unions representing the diverse quasi-governmental workforce. Subsequent to the USPS, Mr. Campa entered a time period where he successfully practiced in the areas of Family Law and Estate Planning.Mr. Campa met Jewelie, his wife, while finishing up his undergraduate studies and they married just two weeks before the start of law school. Together they have eight adult children; he having three daughters from a previous marriage and she having three sons and two daughters from a previous marriage. After twenty plus years of marriage, and thirteen grandchildren, they travel as often as they can to visit the grandchildren and of course their parents. Such travels take them to northern California, North Carolina as well as such exotic locations including the Phoenix metropolitan area.Besides traveling and enjoying family, Mr. Campa enjoys reading, sporting events, live theater, outdoor activities including golf as well as pretending to enjoy exercising.
