Evelyn Jimenez-Franco Started initially practiced as a Latin American Notary Public starting in 2007 and then joined Bufete Ayala Cadiz, CSP in Ponce. Ms. Jimenez-Franco was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019. Her experience in the areas of family, criminal, contracts and civil matters, personal injury, Social Security and Veteran's affairs allows her to assist with a variety of legal concerns. Ms. Jimenez-Franco is fluent in Spanish and loves helping people by contributing to the community to allow them a fair opportunity in the justice system.

Wendy Newman Glantz established Glantz & Glantz, P.A., (now Glantzlaw) with her husband, Ronald P. Glantz in 1986. She is co-managing partner and a highly respected attorney practicing in the areas of Family Law and Personal Injury Law. She is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law and certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Law Mediator, a specialty that impacts on her negotiation and resolution of cases. She is also AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.Extremely active in the legal and civic communities, Wendy is also involved with and supports many charitable organizations. Among her proudest achievements, Wendy is a former member of the Global Board of Spirituality for Kids, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing social awareness and responsibility through early education of children in guiding them to personal growth and wisdom. She has been an active supporter and leader of this organization since its inception. Wendy is currently working on a peace movement to help change global consciousness.Wendy enjoys making chocolates, biking and studying spirituality. She is also an Executive Business Coach and Reiki Master.

Russell Beyer has been practicing law for over 30 years and is a graduate of University of Florida Law. Mr. Beyer assists clients with Probate and Estate matters as well as Real Estate Litigation. Mr. Beyers extensive knowledge and experience make him an excellent advocate.

Michael McDonald has been a Florida BAR member for over 25 years. “It’s called the criminal justice system but oftentimes, justice is forgotten. That’s why I’m here.” Michael’s focus is criminal defense, estate planning, probate, and civil commitment. For many years, he has represented criminal defense clients in a wide range of practice areas including juveniles in both the juvenile and adult system. He has defended those accused of misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses; including DUI, theft, grand theft, battery, burglary, sex offenses, premeditated attempted murder and many others. He has also represented clients with serious mental health issues and is familiar with the fields of Psychology, Psychiatry, and its experts. He tried the first sexual civil commitment trial in Dade County and led a challenge to the scientific reliability of recidivism actuarial instruments. Along with his years of experience, he has tried more than 100 cases in both the civil and criminal arena. He is extremely passionate about defending his clients and their constitutional rights. When he is not representing his clients, he enjoys exercise, meditation and spending time with his six children. Prior to coming to Glantzlaw, Michael founded his own Estate Planning firm and helped families protect themselves, and loved ones, by creating will and trust based estate plans that preserved their assets and kept them out of court. He also assists families with probate matters to ensure the timely distribution of estate assets. Georgia Thomas has been practicing law for 27 years and is licensed to practice in the states of Florida and New York, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. Ms. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. Ms. Thomas assists with family law matters such as divorce, paternity, child support and timesharing. Ms. Thomas is fluent in English, French and Creole and enjoys helping families in need through difficult times.

Kevin Robertson has been practicing law for 25 years. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and has spent 25 years as a trial attorney. He assists members with criminal law and Wills, Trusts, and Estates questions. He sees himself as a problem solver and believes each issue presents a unique opportunity to help people resolve conflict by cutting through the chaos with meaningful, actionable advice that brings understanding, a sense of relief, and a path forward.

Attorney Catherine Gleason was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. She attended the University of Florida and received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology. She went on to attend the NSU Shepard Broad College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. Catherine has spent years honing her litigation skills in the areas of complex civil litigation, bankruptcy, family law, dependency issues, criminal defense, wills/estate planning, and personal injury law. She is admitted in both Florida state courts as well as the Southern District, Middle District and Northern District of Florida. She has tried dozens of state and federal bench and jury trials through verdict/disposition. She has worked extensively as an attorney ad litem, guardian ad litem and animal legal advocate.

Christiam Cardenas has over 10 years of legal experience and a passion for helping people. His practice areas include Real Estate, Commercial, and Insurance Law. Christiam has experience preparing and negotiating commercial agreements for the sale, purchase, lease and financing of condominiums, hotels, gas stations, shopping centers and residential properties. Christiam takes pride in carefully listening to clients’ issues and developing plans to assist them, be it with legal advice, reviewing documents, or preparing a letter; his clients’ peace of mind is Christiam’s ultimate goal. He is fluent in Spanish.

Gregory Rice Jacobs has been practicing law for 10 years. He is a graduate of the University of Miami Law School where he made the Dean's List. Mr. Jacobs is admitted to practice in the federal district courts for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Jacobs' experience as a real estate and title attorney includes the negotiation of the sale of businesses, seller financing and the transfer of title to business assets. Mr. Jacobs assists with real estate matters including real estate closings, title, deeds, refinancing and loan modifications.
