Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Following her graduation, Hannah went on to complete her Juris Doctorate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN. Hannah has a passion for alternative dispute resolution.

Alan W. Falconer’s practice areas include Construction, Commercial Litigation, and Corporate Law. Al has been an attorney for over 45 years and focuses his practice primarily on construction matters and creditors’ remedies. Al holds an AV-rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Alan is a cum laude graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and earned his bachelor’s degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota. He has authored and published Handbook of Construction Liens and Bonds, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Federal, 1988, NACM North Central, 1988, Handbooks on Minnesota Mechanics Lien and Construction Bond Laws, National Association of Credit Management, 1973, 1978, 1982, and Collection Tools for the Construction Industry, 1996 and 2000. He is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State (Construction Law Section) and American (Forum Committee on the Construction Industry) Bar Associations, and the Commercial Law League of America. Well-known around town, Al’s reputation for excellent client advocacy often precedes him. Al is known as a relationship-builder and has set the standard for the client-centric culture of our firm. Al is an avid golfer, spending as much time as possible with a sand wedge in his hands. He loves being outdoors, travelling often to Canada to fish in the summer and to his lake home to spend time with his children and grandchildren.

Originally from Sudan, Mohammed earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Grinnell College in Iowa. Following his graduation from Grinnell College, Mohammed went on to complete his Juris Doctorate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN. Mohammed enjoys spending time with family and friends, grilling, and staying abreast of different sports.

Mike is an Associate Attorney working remotely, as well as from the Billings, Montana office, for Wagner, Falconer & Judd’s Montana office. He is a general practitioner, serving as WFJ’s general counsel for Montana. Mike works closely with his Montana clients and ensures that each client receives the best possible service by making sure each client has access to justice for Legal Shield Montana members. Mike resides in Billings. In his spare time, you can find Mike frequenting the local coffee shops and enjoying the local music venues Billings has to offer.

Robert A. Judd started his legal career on October 23, 1972, the day he joined the firm of Wagner, Falconer & Judd, Ltd. His practice has been dedicated to general business litigation, primarily focusing on creditors' rights and remedies, as well as construction industry claims and related litigation. In over 40 years with the firm, Bob has appeared in numerous state and federal courts throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, and the United States Court of Appeals. Bob holds an AV-rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Bob has written substantive legal articles published for trade groups and has been a frequent lecturer for various commercial groups as well as continuing legal education programs. Bob has volunteered with the bar association judging high school mock trials. Bob is passionate about his family and hockey.

Rebecca is an Associate Attorney working remotely for Wagner, Falconer & Judd, LTD’s Minneapolis office. She focuses on employment law matters, serving as a provider for WFJ’s Compliance Center. Rebecca works closely with her small business clients and ensures compliance with changing laws and regulations. She also assists on Legal Shield, ensuring assess to justice for Montana members. Rebecca resides in the beautiful Flathead Valley of northwest Montana. In her spare time, she enjoys getting outside to enjoy all this state has to offer with her husband and two young children.

Steve is an Associate Attorney working as a digital nomad from his home office in a suburb of St. Paul for Wagner, Falconer & Judd, LTD’s Minneapolis office. He enjoys serving Legal Shield members in Minnesota who are entrepreneurs and small businesses regarding the legal challenges they encounter regarding government compliance, corporate governance, contracts, construction, real estate, intellectual property, and employment law. He has served Minnesota based Fortune 500 businesses and corporate clients in a diverse number of industries. He has a special space in his legal practice for Legal Shield members who need assistance navigating the complex processes regarding U.S. immigration and naturalization.

Harrison Hite is an associate in Wagner, Falconer & Judd’s Minneapolis office. He focuses his practice primarily on landlord/tenant issues, both representing clients in court and serving as a provider attorney for Legal Shield. As both a current landlord and a former tenant himself, he understands how issues can arise and has personal insight into how best to resolve them from either perspective. Harrison lives with his wife, their two cats & their Corgi in South Minneapolis. When not practicing law, he enjoys numerous sports and games, and is Vice President of the Twin Cities Darts Association.

Rob is an Associate Attorney for Wagner, Falconer & Judd working remotely for our Minneapolis office. He works primarily with our Legal Shield members in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota helping them resolve their legal issues. Rob is a general practice attorney with an emphasis in real estate transactions and estate planning. Rob resides near Lindstrom Minnesota where he enjoys hunting, fishing and the great outdoors especially at his small farm in northern Wisconsin. Rob is a frequent winner of Legal Shield’s Member Choice and Lawyer of the year Awards.

Michael J. DuPont is the managing shareholder at WFJ and works primarily with WFJ’s Construction Group. He is a problem solver and passionately assists WFJ’s clients in assessing risk and resolving disputes no matter where the issue arises. Jeff Nicolet is a shareholder at WFJ and practices in the areas of Commercial Collections, Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Construction, Corporate, and Criminal Defense. Jeff focuses on construction related claims. He is a frequent lecturer on topics of commercial collection, mechanic's liens, and bond claims. Jeff is an experienced attorney who successfully represents industrial and construction material suppliers, software and information technology companies, law firms and both small and large businesses helping them collect their receivables and enforce their contracts. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Walker, Judge in the Fifth Judicial District, Minnesota; a state public defender; and an attorney in a general practice firm in Fairmont, Minnesota. Jeff is a graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and earned his law degree at the William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin. When not at work or on the golf course, Jeff enjoys quality time with his wife and young children. To unwind, Jeff attempts to play numerous instruments including the guitar, piano, drums, and bass.

Andrew, an Associate Attorney at Wagner, Falconer & Judd, LTD, operates out of our Brookfield office. Specializing in estate planning, Andrew focuses on trusts, wills, and probate law in Wisconsin. He is passionate about assisting families with succession planning and achieving their long-term goals through modern estate planning tools. Andrew supports Wisconsin Legal Shield members by offering tailored advice on best estate planning practices to meet their unique needs. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys staying active by spending time at the gym and playing softball in various local leagues throughout the Milwaukee area. He also loves exploring Milwaukee and its surrounding suburbs.

Rupi Bahia is an associate attorney at WFJ. She practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Family Law, Criminal Law, Probate and Trusts. Prior to joining the firm, Rupi was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judith M. Tilsen, Judge in the Second Judicial District of Minnesota. Rupi is a graduate of California State University, Fresno and earned her law degree at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Born in London, England and raised in California, Rupi enjoys traveling and spending time with her family

Born and raised in St. Paul, Socorro always wanted to go into a field that would allow her to help people. The law was a natural fit, and today we’re proud to have her at WFJ. A member of our On-Call Consultants team and the head of our Estate Planning department, she helps clients with will preparation, health care directives and powers of attorney, to name just a few.The mother of twin toddlers, Socorro keeps quite busy outside of WFJ and loves spending time with her family.

Attorney Nathan B. Serr is a member of WFJ's litigation team. His practice focuses primarily on Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Employment, Personal Injury, Insurance, and Real Estate. Nathan assists individuals and corporations of all sizes with various legal matters. He assists small business clients with contract, employment, landlord/tenant, and collection issues. Nathan also advocates for our clients in criminal defense matters. Nathan works with our clients to protect their rights and proactively manage risk in order to achieve successful resolutions. Nathan earned his law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Nathan is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota. Prior to joining WFJ, Nathan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Teresa R Warner in the Second Judicial District, Ramsey County. Nathan has done considerable volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement. When he is not at work he enjoys playing baseball and spending time with his wife and three children.

Jordan Cardenas is an Associate Attorney at WFJ. Jordan started at WFJ during his first year in law school and never looked back after seeing the client-first approach that WFJ embraces. Jordan immediately joined WFJ after law school and focuses his practice on business law, corporate law, civil litigation, construction law, employment law, and unemployment benefits. Jordan played football at the University of Augustana in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and later attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law. While in law school, Jordan was a judicial extern for U.S. Magistrate Judge John F. Docherty and a mentee of Minnesota District Court Judge Edward T. Wahl as part of his law school’s Mentorship Program, where he sharpened his legal writing skills and gained extensive knowledge of the state and federal court systems in Minnesota. Outside of WFJ, Jordan enjoys playing sports, reading, and spending time with his family and dog.

Drew is an Associate Attorney working from Wagner, Falconer & Judd, LTD’s Minneapolis office. He focuses on employment, landlord tenant, and tax matters. In his work with LegalShield, Drew is committed to ensuring all Minnesotans have access to quality legal counsel. Drew resides in the Northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family at their cabin in northern Wisconsin.

Andrew graduated from Luther College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Nordic Studies in May of 2019. Andrew also attended the University of Oslo, in Oslo, Norway as part of his undergraduate pursuit. During law school, Andrew attended the University of Greenwich, School of Law and Criminology in Greenwich, UK in the summer or 2022 and obtained his Juris Doctor in May of 2023 from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in October of 2023. Andrew gained experience through the Mitchell Hamline School of Law Business Law Clinic prior to becoming an Associate Attorney working at the Minneapolis office for Wagner, Falconer & Judd. He focuses on immigration, tax, and business formation matters. Andrew enjoys working with entrepreneurs throughout the business life cycle. Andrew also serves on WFJ's Legal Shield team. Andrew is a volunteer at the Norway House in Minneapolis and enjoys home-brewing and cribbage.

Lauren has always been driven to help people. She was drawn to the law by a desire to seek justice for those who are often overlooked by the legal system. Now, as an attorney at WFJ, she helps businesses both big and small achieve their full potential. She does so through her various practice areas, including Commercial Collections, Collection litigation and Construction law. Lauren is currently one of our attorneys accepting preference action cases.Lauren spends the rest of her time keeping up with her active children, going for runs and walks with friends, trying new recipes with her husband, and every once in a while, dusting off her violin to play with her daughter.

Michael Healey is a Minneapolis native who received his bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon and attended law school at the William Mitchell College of law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He also received training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, studying classical theatre. He is married with two wonderful daughters and lives in Minneapolis.Prior to law, Michael spent seven years performing in New York City and was a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild. His background includes major roles in 14 of the plays of William Shakespeare, and he appeared in multiple episodes of Hot Off the Grill with Bobby Flay. Michael also worked as an extra on NBC’s Saturday Night Live. He is the son of author Judith K. Healey who has published major works in historical fiction set primarily in Western Europe and Michael James Healey, who represented injured persons in Minnesota courts for 35 years. Michael enjoys playing basketball, ultimate Frisbee, and spending time with his family. He likes music, news, sports and art and is known by those close to him to keep extensive lists of his favorite artists, songs, plays, and other subjects.He is dedicated to protecting the rights of persons under the law-primarily in the areas of civil rights, personal injury, contracts, employment, and worker’s compensation.
