A skilled litigator, he navigates complex issues in the areas of business and commercial law, civil litigation, civil rights, employment and labor law, environmental law, government and politics, insurance and “bad faith”, medical and professional negligence, personal injury, product liability, real estate and transportation law.Mr. Koepsel obtained a Juris Doctor and Certificate in Resources Energy and Environmental Law from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2001. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science from Knox College in 1995. During law school he served as a summer associate for Riggs Abney and served as executive notes and comments editor for the Energy Law Journal.Mr. Koepsel is a member of both the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association. He previously served as an adjunct professor of a graduate course in legal aspects at Oklahoma State University. He was honored as one of The Journal Record's Most Admired CEO's in 2020.
