Receive legal advice, consultation, negotiations, and representation if you or your spouse are audited by the IRS on your personal income tax return. You get up to 3.5 hours of pre-trial and 10 hours of trial time during the first membership year. You will accrue an additional 10 hours of trial time for each consecutive year you remain a member, up to a total of 50 hours of trial time after 5 years. Trial time only applies when you, your spouse or covered dependents are sued by the IRS or after paying the disputed tax, you sue the IRS.
